Painfully, loudly and slowly, Mummy SeaMonkey pushed harder, her face reddening. Dramatic it seems, but true... I wish...
On the contrary, SeaMonkeyStudios was a fallback from a personal failure... my life - I created the channel 'PPTgames' in early 2008 to find that my camera saw nothing but vulgar, random and tallentless, well, rubbish. Not that I`m willing to say that anything has changed, but turning over a new leaf seemed the obvious thing to do.
Me. I love YouTube but despise the constant threat of rubbish that seems to fill the site. Dont get me wrong - there are some brilliant, brilliant performances on there that are world famous. However, there is an awful lot of pure codswallop! I simply hate logging on to see five hundred identicle videos entitled "horrible ladder accident" and "Man falls out of his window", it`s a waste of time and effort... so I decided to make some of my own.
Big Mistake... I think.
Do you like what I do on youtube? For me, every video I make tends to be better than its last. However, I still look back on the majority and think "What?" Despite this, in addition failure, I also gain practice and learn from mistakes. Therefore, one day, I hope to be to the same standard of the many talented editors, musicians and actors that are on YouTube to provide us all with the fantastic entertainment that we are used to.
Enough about my Ideas; the world is already a boring enough place.
As for the present, we have worked on two styles: Comedy, Horror and somtimes both. On my Channel (www.youtube.com/TheSeaMonkeyStudios), the main attraction is our work in progress - The Detective. Starring me, Daniel Long and Peter Reddish. The Detective is a comedy devoted to slapstick. Although this is an odd combination, we have been delighted with the results and hope to make more as soon as possible - although our work is flawed and far from professional, we like to think that we have used our combined efforts to make our product, at the very least, watchable, satisfactory, and amusing to watch. Our aim is to have fun all round, for you, and for us making them!
Enough with this idle chatter, I have some eggs I`d like to smash against a bald man`s head - come back soon for more!
